Role Description

This is a on-site role on contractual basis for Corporate Trainers specializing in Construction Technical Skills, based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will design and deliver training programs, mentor mid level and senior management employees of construction companies, and facilitate skill enhancement to meet industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting technical workshops, evaluating trainee progress, and addressing individual learning needs to promote professional excellence.


Job Type: Contractual Basis, Job Specific. 


Location: Bengaluru / On Site or Online


Qualifications / Experience

  • Expertise in civil engineering concepts, construction techniques, and technical skills development
  • Strong ability in curriculum design, instructional methods, and creating training modules
  • Proficiency in communication, mentorship, and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in handling construction projects and applying practical civil engineering knowledge
  • Commitment to promoting ethical practices and professional conduct
  • Prior experience in training or teaching roles, specifically in the engineering or construction field, is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with strong industry experience.
