ABHAYAM LABS

Virtual Lab for Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveying (VLSEQS)

The Virtual Lab for Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveying, developed by ABHAYAM, is an innovative online platform designed to assist Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architects and Quantity Surveying students in visualizing the detailed structural components of buildings and civil engineering structures.

Each structure is transformed into an interactive 3D model, illustrating reinforcement details, shuttering layers, concrete layers, and other critical structural elements across various types of constructions.

This virtual lab is accessible to all students enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture and/or Quantity Surveying programs. Additionally, students registered in our PCE Program enjoy complimentary access to this resource.

Please note, the lab is currently under development. We hope to release the lab to the student community by 1st January 2026.

Virtual Lab for Construction Site Visits (VLCSV)

In today’s industry, hands-on knowledge and experience of diverse construction sites are essential for every aspiring professional.

To bridge this gap, ABHAYAM has launched the Virtual Lab for Construction Site Visits — an innovative initiative that provides students with immersive site experience without the need for physical visits. Leveraging cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, our virtual lab replicates the sensation of being on an actual construction site.

This platform is especially beneficial for students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across the country who often face logistical challenges in accessing live construction sites. This virtual lab offers a practical, accessible learning solution regardless of geographic constraints.

The virtual lab is available to all students enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Quantity Surveying programs. Additionally, students enrolled in our PCE Program enjoy complimentary access to this resource.

Please note, the Virtual Lab is currently under development. We hope to release the lab to the student community by 1st January 2027.
