Abhayam Skill Training Academy (ASTA) is an industry-focused training institution dedicated to empowering graduates in Civil Engineering and the Construction sector with practical, job-ready skills. Our unique training model combines both horizontal and vertical integration, ensuring each learner receives a comprehensive and personalized upskilling experience.  Established on 6th July 2022, ABHAYAM is dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive skill development programs aimed at enhancing employability and self-reliance. 

We are proud to be recognized as an official EdTech Startup by Startup India, under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry. This prestigious recognition, valid for 10 years, underscores our commitment to innovation and quality in skill development. 

At ABHAYAM, we understand the evolving demands of both the education sector and the construction industry. Our online and offline training programs are rolled out in a phased and strategic manner, designed to produce a workforce that is not only technically proficient but also equipped with essential soft skills. Our goal is to support India’s National Skill Development Mission by nurturing professionals who are ready to contribute to national growth and global competitiveness.
