Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy of the Academy is aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025, including consent, purpose limitation, data minimization, security safeguards, children's data, withdrawal of consent, grievance handling, processors, retention and breach management. The Rules were notified on 13 November 2025 and have phased commencement provisions, so the policy should be maintained as a living compliance document.

One important point: no privacy policy by itself can make data "fool-proof." Protection also requires technical controls, access restrictions, contracts with vendors, employee confidentiality obligations, audit logs, incident response and proper deletion procedures.

The policy below is therefore written as a combined privacy, confidentiality and data-protection framework.
